At JangSupply, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that all orders are subject to potential delays due to various factors. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms regarding shipping times and potential delays.

We aim to process and ship orders within 5-15 business days. Once your order is shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but they are not guaranteed.
2. Potential Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated shipping times, there are circumstances that may cause delays, including but not limited to:
- Holidays: Public holidays may affect both order processing and delivery times.
- Weather Conditions: Severe weather may delay shipping or affect courier services.
- Carrier Delays: Delays caused by shipping carriers (e.g., lost packages, misrouting) are beyond our control.
- Customs Delays: International orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause additional delays.
- Other Unforeseen Events: Any other unforeseen events, including natural disasters or global events, may impact delivery times.
3. Responsibility for Shipping Delays
Once your order is handed over to the courier, JangSupply is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities. We encourage you to track your package and contact the courier if any issues arise.
4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the courier directly to resolve the issue. JangSupply is not responsible for resolving issues related to lost or delayed shipments once the package has been transferred to the courier.
5. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification Policy
To maintain a secure shopping environment and protect both our customers and business from unauthorized transactions, JangSupply reserves the right to place any order on hold for additional verification prior to fulfillment.
Fraud Review Triggers
Orders may be subject to manual review based on various factors including, but not limited to:
- Use of multiple payment methods on the same account or shipping address
- Inconsistent or unverifiable billing and shipping information
- Orders submitted from IP addresses or locations that do not align with the cardholder's details
- Activity patterns that may indicate card testing, synthetic identity fraud, or other fraudulent behavior
Verification Requirements
If your order is placed on hold, you may be asked to provide:
- A government-issued photo ID matching the billing name
- A photo of the credit card used, displaying only the last four digits, cardholder name, and expiration date (all other information must be obscured)
This information will be reviewed solely for the purpose of confirming payment authorization and will not be retained or stored beyond the scope of verification.
Non-Compliance or Verification Failure
If the customer fails to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe, or if the provided information does not match the transaction records:
- The order may be canceled, and
- The payment may be refunded in full to the original payment method
JangSupply reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity, without further obligation to fulfill the order.
Confidentiality of Security Measures
To preserve the effectiveness of our fraud prevention systems, JangSupply does not disclose the specific criteria or technology used to flag suspicious activity.
